Nayana Chowdhury has more than 25 years of experience in organizing, playing, referring, and training Judo, Karate, Volleyball, and other sports. She became consecutive National Champion in Judo for 10 years from 1984 to 1992. Currently she is working as Deputy Director at Physical Education Centre of University of Dhaka. She is the coach of Dhaka University Judo Karate program. Earlier she served National Sports Council (NSC) as a JUDO coach. She is actively associated with National Olympic Association, Bangladesh JUDO Federation and Bangladesh Volleyball Federation. Utmost goal of her life is to spread sports among mass people especially to the women.
Nayana Chowdhury, the most uttered name in JUDO in Bangladesh, is involved with JUDO since her childhood. She obtained Kodokan 3rd Dan in 1994. As a JUDOKA she represented her country in various national and international competitions and brought success for her country. Consecutive National Champion in Judo from 1984 to 1992, she devoted her life in JUDO coaching after completing her playing career.
Nayana completed her masters in Physical Education. She also achieved a diploma on JUDO from Patiala, India. In 2011-2012, she took part in ICECP program held in USA and Switzerland. Besides this, she attended various training programmes on sports and sports science at home and abroad. Also she has expertise in Karate, Cycling and Volleyball as well. She is a referee of JUDO, volleyball and cycling. As a referee and coach, she conducted several national and international JUDO competitions at home and abroad. Making JUDO rules and regulation more comprehensive to the common people, she translated international Judo referee rules into Bangla. Remarking her achievements and contributions in JUDO, Bangladesh Government awarded her the National Sports Award in 2006.
Mostafizur Rahman Khan
Mostafizur Rahman Khan is a player as well as sports organizer. He played in both Judo and Karate at 7th Bangladesh Games 2003 on behalf of University of Dhaka. Mostafiz took part as officials of Bangladesh Judo Federation, and Bangladesh Karate Federation many times. He also played football, cricket, and other traditional games of Bangladesh. He became the Champion in Carom at Mohsin Hall Sports Competition 2004.
Mostafiz is a researcher, and social worker experienced in working with United Nations Headquarters, UNDP Bangladesh, BRAC International, and The Population Council. He has expertise in research on sustainable development, population dynamics, and youth development.
Mostafiz was born in Tangail, Bangladesh. He completed M.S.S. in Social Welfare from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and MA in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University, USA.
Raqibul Islam Chowdhury
Mr Raqibul Islam Chowdhury is the Vice-President at NCSF. As a Sports Person, he has been involved with various organizations. He was one of the best player of Basket Ball and Hand ball in Jessore District. Currently he is the Vice-President of District Basket Ball Committee.
Mr Raqibul Islam is a Business person by Profession.
Joint Secretary, NCSF
Ms Shahana Chowdhury is the Joint-Secretary at NCSF. She is passionate for Sports. Ms Shahana is involved with different organizations and has been working across the country especially for child and youth development. She is an entrepreneur, thinker, and cultural personality.
Ms Shahana is an Interior Designer.
Md. Rakibul Islam
Mr. Md. Rakibul Islam, CSCA is the Treasurer at NCSF. He is a Sports person by training. From his studentship at University of Dhaka, Mr Rakib has been involved with NCSF and playing a vital role in organizing and managing events and finance. His areas of interests lies in Jodo, Karate and Football.
Mr. Rakib is a Corporate Service Holder by profession. He holds a BBA & MBA from University of Dhaka.

Mr Shabbasachi Shaha is black belt holder in both Judo and karate. He took part in so many competitions organized by Bangladesh Judo and Karate Federation and won many awards. He is one of the Master Trainer of NCSF. Mr Shaha is a banker by profession.
Ushan Ara Badal
Executive Member, NCSF
Ushan Ara Badal is a sports person. She is also a member of Dhaka University Judo-Karate Committee. Ms Ushan is a Black Belt Holder both in Judo and Karate. She also received many awards in Judo and Karate from 2010 to 2015.
Ms Ushan Ara Badal works as a faculty member in the Department of International Relations, University of Dhaka.
